It's official: Golden Duck is the best item in the game. My ship just wouldn't be the same without it. My golden duck is what gives me the strength to fight on and keep mining after multiple poor turn outs. Ducky and I are going places. We're going to conquer the universe together....

If you're in a village, guards go hostile if you have a weapon equipped (at least I think, never brandished one long enough to find out)

If you're in a temple/lab/whatever, they act as 'guards' and are hostile, killing you on sight.

 

I haven't seen a single ocean planet. Are they even in the game yet?

Blame starbound's map saving system. It saves not map bits, but the seed of a map, which means that randomly generated villages just might disappear, if the seed only generates a village on that spot 50% of the time.

 

Even the Avian girl that wanted to hug me, but her hugs would be too ticklish?
