    This is true but if you inspect the sign as a Glitch it tells you that outcasts are rehabilitated in a similar way.

    Why do those stupid white revolving things have the chance to 1HKO you?

    I pretty much ignore them now, the buffs are not really worth the risk of death especially if your carrying a boat load of yellow, blue and green...
