Sure...find some flower seeds, then use Hoe on the ground near your apiaries, plant the seeds and use Wooden Watering Can on them :)
Do you have flowers near your apiaries? Apiaries do not function if no flowers are near them.

When it comes to "bees!" part of this mod the Golden Door seem to be broken. They are invisible when placed.
