Outdated XS Corporation Mechs 1.05

Now see here son, gather round, Ol' Pappy got a story to tell. Twas 40 years ago to the day but I remember it like it jus happen. We was penned you see, deep behind enemy lines, no food, no water and munition was runnin' low, totally cut off from our platoon. None us thought we was gonna make it out alive. Charles, may he rest in peace was the 'onorary CO at the time, came up with a plan to get us some help, we just needed a radio. Now none us had one caus it been broke when we got separate, but that didn't bother none caus we was gonna steal one from the enemy, bunch of Klicks they was. Now Klicks as you should know was Apex terrorists, ones to everyone, not just big ol ape. Anyhows, Charles said we gonna just walk right on in and take a radio. Just like that, easy. Sept it wasn' easy, lost my good buddy Hubie in that run. Also how I got my purple heart. We dashed in using their own trenches gainst them and popped in the front door to the bunker. Pop pop pop, we clear the room, there yelling in the next about how great we are and how they like to meet us. So naturally we'd open the next room and let em in. Pop pop pop, them kep' coming and we keep greeting, we was hot at the time. When they stop saying ello we went on in and grabbed the radio. By now tho, all the other Klicks knew we stopped in and made friends with all their buddies, and they started tryin to come in. Marie and Johnny went and held the door and Charles went to the radio, saying "Got a call to make, keep the Klicks out", and so I went to help Marie and Johnny. Now Klicks are funny, they are some strong lil apes and even with us three could barely hold em still. Was not more then a minute before Charles came out the other room tho, says "Listen". And I sit there, holding the door and I listen, but I don't hear nothin'. That's when I realize, the banging stopped, and holdin that door close was easy as.. well holding a door! Then he says "lets go, the Klicks aren't going to be an issue any more". We all just stare at em, all wondering exactly who he called that make all the Klicks get quiet. Johnny say what we thinking, "What you do?". Charles just smiles and opens the door. We follow out and all I could see first was just blood and fir. Then Marie pipes up "Holy shit" and I look at where she lookin'. I'd expectin' to see our platoon, or a USCM striker brigade. Stead it was the most brilliant thing I'd ever seen, an XS Corp Tiger class C-19. Wasn't just one or two, was more then any us could count. Charles the lucky bastard phoned his father in law, the president of XS Corp. He turned with a big ass grin on his face, sayin' "Just phoned home". We might has lost a lot more good people that day if he hadn't wanted to say "I love you" so bad.

Excellent mod! A really fun, worthwhile and detailed mod! The mechs feel very varied and unique and I really wish Chucklefish would add something similar to the base game! Excellent job, once again!

I think this is a fantastic mod. I like how it feels powerful, but not game breaking. Add in some of the cool back armors people are making that add a little energy regen and it really feels like your piloting a powerful mech. Thanks for the hard work. I hope to see it expanded in the future.
