Whipcraft 1.3

New whips & recipes to even out the progression of whips in the game

    I've added 3 things:

    The Slime Whip now has a right-click attack, which consumes 80 Energy to Paralyze enemies for 1 second.

    Iron Chains have been introduced. They function as weapons, but will be used in all flail recipes.

    Speaking of which, the Tungsten Flail has been added. For now it's just like a whip with different art, but I plan to write special behavior for flails in the future.

    The chains and flail feature my absolutely horrible art skills. If someone wants to collaborate and make better graphics, please let me know!
