Tile Ground Effects V 1.2

Adds effects to some tiles

    This simply adds some game mechanics to basic tiles, such as making ice and slush slippery, mud and slime sticky, and so forth. A version of this mod is already included in Frackin' Universe.
    Mod Pack Permissions:
    Anyone can use this mod in their mod compilation without the author's consent.
    Mod Assets Permissions:
    Anyone can alter/redistribute the mod's assets without the author's consent.
