Tiered Food Progress 1.7

High Tech Kitchen Counters?!

  1. HammerGuy
A novel mod that refurbishes the Kitchen Counter and Camp Fire to have tech upgrades and shuffles the higher tiered foods into them.

Why? Mostly due to Camp Fires and the Vanilla Kitchen Counters looking so low tech in comparison to all the other crafting stations as you progress on up. Its not really needed, but it aesthetically pleases me to see them advance on up.

This will also not change already existing campfires and kitchens as they are separate objects.

For the Kitchen Counters, the game considers food to have 6 tiers within, so the recipes for each tier are distributed as the image suggests. Tier 1 gets Food Tiers 1-2; Tier 2 additionally gets 3-4; Tier 3 gets access to all 6 tiers of food.

Campfire are relatively the same, cooking the most basic foods, while the Nanostove gets to carry all the campfire food that had basic buffs.

Any mods that add food can still work at these counters as they still use craftingfood and campfire respectively, the later recipes are just retuned to 2s/3s.

Good little mod. I like the art for the upgraded kitchen counters.

Does what it's meant to do. Great if you're tired of having your otherwise high-tech ships and buildings tainted by primitive campfires and food carts.
