The Viera of Ivalice 1.3.22

- Revised Viera hairstyles with a simpler base color palette
- 177 additional hairstyles, edited from Cutebound's original hairstyles and fitted for Viera
- A completely new hairstyle color palette with 102 colors referenced from Colorbound, as well as 33 unique Viera hair colors (135 selections total)
- Most NPC Viera are now specifically configured to use their innate Viera white hair color. This is for lore purposes, but I will expand palettes later, once I start making Viera NPCs that have journeyed outside the Wood.
- Fix to window valance recipe

**Note**
- The changes to hairstyles have not yet been pushed to wigs, which will continue to use their previous color dyes and sprites. Alterations in this area will come in another update, as we're also looking into perfecting Nanzie's merchant UI.
- The above changes won't affect existing player characters or NPC Viera that have already spawned. It will only affect fresh player characters and newly spawned Viera NPCs.
