[Starbound 1.4+] Playable Fenerox! 1.8.0 + 2020-07-31

Additions:
+ Crew and NPCs (villagers) with placeholder dialogue
+ All quests now added (with placeholder dialogue)
+ Fenerox crewmembers of all types
+ Biome object descriptions for 13 more biomes
+ Placeholder ship art for tiers 5 to 8


Fixes or changes:
~ crewmember.config.patch: 'Wonderful adventures!' -> 'Greetings, Captain!'
~ flee.config.patch: 'feeling exhausting' -> 'feeling exhausted'
~ grumble.config.patch: A bunch of stuff defined as 'Fenerox', for clarity
~ guard.config.patch: A bunch of stuff defined as 'Fenerox', for clarity
~ merchant.config.patch: A bunch of stuff defined as 'Fenerox', for clarity
~ outpost.config.patch: Floran now greet Fenerox as the more gender-neutral 'Fox!' instead of 'Foxman!'
~ outpost.config.patch: 'feeling exhausting' -> 'feeling exhausted'
~ quest.config.patch: A bunch of stuff defined as 'Fenerox', for clarity
~ Fixed ancient mural object descriptions
~ Many descriptions: Color -> colour (Starbound was made in the UK, so I'll keep that consistency)
~ All placeholder dialogue now marked as such (It's not a bug, guys)


Notes:
It's easier to fill something with placeholder dialogue at first, then go back and change it later. I can trudge through placeholder stuff when I'm not feeling great, but I don't want to force myself to write 'completed' dialogue when I'm not in the mood.

The placeholder ship art is VERY placeholder. The jets aren't even lined up in most of it. It's just clippings of other ships thrown together for a general idea of what the ship will look like when I get around to doing proper art for it.
