A general hunger overhaul to help improve how the mechanic feels.

- Slows hunger drain to 90% over 60 minutes
- Reduces compound starvation damage
- Reduces food worth
- Slows hunger regeneration
- Eating provides a small amount of healing
- Beds slow hunger drain by 30%
I've probably missed something, but will do a proper check later. -
Fixed cooked steak
Typed too fast and got the item path all screwy. It's fixed now. My apologies to the one guy who downloaded the last one.

Tweaked beds!
Beds no longer stop hunger 100%, but instead just slow hunger drain to 25%.
Cooked steak (cookedalienmeat) has been patched to remove its foodvalue. It was too overpowered for this tweak.
