    Smart Tubes is a mod that allows simple yet dynamic item routing.
    It allows you to configure any item to go anywhere you want.

    There are three main types of conduits :
    • The Extraction Conduit [​IMG]
    • The Insertion Conduit [​IMG]
    • And The Item Conduit [​IMG]
    With these three together, you can transfer items virtually anywhere

    Everything can be made at the Conduit Station

    Platform Conduits allows any conduit to behave like a platform, allowing objects to be placed on top of them

    Curved Conduits are aesthetic conduits that allow items to make smooth turns
    These can be made using the conduit bender [​IMG]

    Wireless Transfer Conduits are conduits that are able to transfer items wirelessly
    There are two types of wireless conduits :
    • Wireless Sending Conduit : [​IMG]
    • And Wireless Receiving Conduit : [​IMG]
    With both of these, simply hook them up with wire and they will be able to transfer items wirelessly

    Facaded Conduits are conduits that can be embedded into any material
    They can be placed using the facade wrench : [​IMG]

    The IO Conduit is an extraction and insertion it all-in-one

    You can use the "!self" macro in the insert id to transfer to itself

    For Steam Users :
    1. Go to the steam page for this mod : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=762337945
    2. Press the subscribe button
    3. Launch the game and play
    For downloading the mod directly :
    1. Download the mod
    2. Place it in your starbound mod folder, if you are using steam, then go to starbound in your game library, right click on it, and go to properties. From here, go to the Local Files Tab and click "browse local files". From there, simply place the mod in the mods directory.
    3. Launch the game and play

    Mod Pack Permissions:
    Anyone can use this mod in their mod compilation without the author's consent.
    Mod Assets Permissions:
    Anyone can alter/redistribute the mod's assets without the author's consent.

    I'm really enjoying playing with this mod installed. My inner packrat is overjoyed with the ability to sort and redirect resources at a whim. It's wonderful how the author managed to allow for many sorting/relaying possibilities while keeping the setup clean and understandable.

    very nice. But...
    In the file "SmartTubes\Functions\StringingFunctions.lua", in function TranslateStringsFromString(STR) you need to change the pattern "%w+" to "[%w_]+" to support names with a symbol "_" (for example, this required for item of "FrackinUniverse" mod)

    Unfortunately not many people make it worthwhile things.
    The only thing it would be nice texture change =) (which would show what a thing at the moment is moving)
