    - added the Skath Workbench to craft furniture and blocks

    - added a variety of Skath themed crafting materials

    - added Skath blocks and furniture

    - added a Skath themed captains chair

    - replaced the placeholder flag with the new skath flag

    - balanced the Plasmaspear. Reduced damage at the cost of a lower energy cost

    - balanced the Skath Plasma Shotgun. Reduced damage so the player is not able to one shot everything. increased energy cost.
