skips the ship upgrades,only 1 upgrade needed

    this mod changes the first shipupgrade

    changes include:
    no required completed quests
    no diamond cost
    upgrade ship to tier 8
    Mod Pack Permissions:
    Anyone can use this mod in their mod compilation without the author's consent.
    Mod Assets Permissions:
    You must get the author's consent before altering/redistributing any assets included in this mod.

    While i got the ship fully upgrade i did not get any techs apart form the first one and that was why i downloaded this mod to get the final techs
