Adds RPG-like growth (stat points and classes) to Starbound

        • Experience is now shared even when a player at max Experience (500000) picks up Experience Orbs.

          • Toggle now properly activates Rally Mode on the first click.
          • Monsters now gain Armor regardless.

          • Press [F] to toggle Magic Shield. While Magic Shield is active, Energy never locks, but regenerates very slowly. After taking damage, your Energy is drained for the full amount of damage, but you instantly regenerate Health equal to half of the amount drained. If you would not have normally lived even if you took the new reduced damage, you will die.
          • Energy Recharge Rate scales with Vigor and Energy
          • Cooldown of 0.5 seconds when Energy hits 0 prevents spamming of abilities. Halves Energy Recharge Rate while cooldown active.
          • Sound Indicates when toggle on or off.
    • Specialization Balance:
      • Kunoichi:
        • Luxuria:
          • Crouch and Aerial attacks raised to 50 and 75 Energy per second respectively. Should be meant for attacking, not flying!
        • Unlock
          • Changed unlock to require Daggers instead of Whips, until Whips and Shurikens are given unique damage types.
      • Wraith:
        • Dark Phase:
          • Phase Speed properly scales with Agility.
        • Weapon Bonus:
          • 120% Damage with Wands removed.
      • Adept:
        • Agile Magic:
          • Renamed to Fluctuation
          • Fall Damage Negation replaced with +50% Armor at Max Energy that drops to -50% Armor at no Energy.
        • Scaling Bonus:
          • Greatly Increased Intelligence Scaling (1x -> 2x)
        • Passive Bonus:
          • 75% Max Health changed to 66.6% Max Health
        • Flash Step:
          • Energy Cost increased to a max of 25 and min of 10
          • Teleport Distance properly scales with Agility
        • Phase Shift:
          • Phase Shift takes more Energy to charge, and requires an initial consumption of 50 Energy.
          • Cooldown is doubled if a rift is created.
          • Energy Lock introduced during Cooldown if a rift was created.
          • Energy Regen from bolts no longer unlocks energy, and only regenerates a total of 20% Max Energy over 0.75 seconds.
      • Crusader:
        • Purity:
          • Resistance Increase changed to Armor (Max +25) Increase.
        • Resurgence:
          • Proper Strength, Vigor, and Agility Scaling
      • Paladin:
        • Perfect Barrier:
          • Upon Perfect Shield, Now instantly grants +10% Shield Stamina, as well as 5 seconds of +20% Physical, Poison and Demonic Resistance.
        • True Aegis:
          • No longer loses Beam Range and Damage when regular blocking during attack activation, and can be deactivated to save Energy.
          • Grants Health Regeneration to self on Perfect Shield. Health Regeneration lasts longer after streaks of Perfect Shields.
          • Higher Minimum and Maximum Range and Knockback, Lower Minimum Damage.
        • Scaling:
          • Given Intelligence x2 instead of x1
        • Immaculate Shield:
          • Immediately restores 7-14% of your Max Health, scaling with Intelligence and Strength, to all nearby allies instead of granting Health Regeneration upon Perfect Shielding.
          • Lowers Movement Speed by 25%.
          • Sound Indicates when toggle on or off.
      • Vanguard:
        • Rush:
          • Damage uses proper Dexterity and Agility scaling.
      • Necromancer:
        • Raise Undead:
          • Now has a 33% chance to spawn Undead, rather than a 20% chance.
          • Undead have increased Armor as well.
        • Reap:
          • Now spawns up to six Bone Pteropods depending on Intelligence and how many enemies were killed prior to activation.
          • Bone Pteropods no longer reach high levels. Instead they spawn at Level 1 but have increased Power, Armor, and Health depending on your own.
          • Damage uses proper Intelligence scaling.
    • Stat Balance:
      • Agility:
        • Increased Movement Speed changed to 0.01 per Level instead of 0.02
        • Increased Jump Height changed to 0.0075 per Level instead of 0.01
        • Increased Swim Speed changed to 0.015 per Level instead of 0.02
      • Intelligence:
        • Reduced Increased Energy Recharge Rate per Level to 0.005 instead of 0.02
        • Removed Decreased Energy Recharge Delay
        • Added Increased Experience Orb Gain, at x1.005 per Level
          • Affects Party Members. Highest Intelligence Used.
      • Vigor:
        • Reduced Energy Recharge Rate per Level to 0.01 instead of 0.02
        • Added Decreased Energy Recharge Delay, at -0.01 per Level.
    • Weapons:
      • All:
        • Fixed a bug in Ranged Weapons (Anne, Marie, Danger Close) that caused ability passives to fluctuate while firing.
