Printing press updated, minor fixes, new flags!

- Fixed typo with the black Z decal and white Z decal
- Added 9 new colored, emblemless, metal flags
- Added a checkered flag
- Added a pirate flag. Yaarrr!
- Added printing press crafting window filter for flags
- Added 0-9 small white decals

Printing Press updated to version 0.3
v0.3 - Date: 12-28-2013
- lowered the cost of printing press recipe
- added some filters to better get through items in crafting window
- added letters A-Z black decals
- added letters A-Z white decals
- added a group of black inventory placards for organizing
- added white level poster group
- all signs/posters/decals are now non-printable in the 3d printer (no reason), and shouldn't show up there.

New version update. Small changes.
- added new poster colors(green, brown, gray, black)
- reduced crafting cost of posters to 1 pixel each
- various textual changes in descriptions
- posters glow light fixed to match color
- initial inkmachine object added, uncraftable, still in progress as modding api progresses.
