Tired of having to travel from planet to planet to get enough flower petals for those purple trousers you always wanted since you were little?

Are there like 10,274 ways of getting plant fibre in the universe (even a damn buffalo, man!), but those pesky colored petals only drop once from a flower that then dies forever?

Do you call yourself a master farmer but are ashamed in secret cause you can't make a single little red flower grow in your garden even if your life depended on it?

If you said yes to at least one of this fundamental questions, fear no more, this mod is for you!


What does it do?

Nice you asked, Jimmy!

First, the vanilla wild flowers (red, blue and yellow) become a crop. That means they can no longer be broken using weapons and can be harvested pressing E. Harvesting will yield petals (high chance) and/or fibre (little chance) and/or flower seeds (imperceptible chance). Breaking them using the manipulator will drop a single flower seed that can be planted in tilled soil, it will need to be irrigated to grow and will become a beatiful flower you can harvest for petals and will revert to the first stage, as any good Perennial Crop™.


Installation

Download the pak file and place it inside the starbound mods folder
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods by default)
