[ Overwatch ] - Heavy Pulse Rifle v1.0 2016-09-08

Adds the Heavy Pulse Rifle used by the character Soldier 76 in the Blizzard game, Overwatch.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Oh ho boy! I just realized that there was another Overwatch Mod
( I should have seen that coming, I feel like an idiot ) by Link2411 which is far more
superior. I recommend you check his out. So, to clear things out, I did not copy his assets
whatsoever. Made the sprite from scratch. I do apologize for any inconveniences and
misunderstandings
