Organic Fuel (Glad Giraffe compatible!) 1.3

Use wood, coal, plant matter, core fragments, sewage, lava, oil, etc. as fuel.

    Compatibility
    - Compatibility with Upbeat Giraffe.
    - Now using new op system.

    Solids
    - Added core fragments, alien wood, alien striped wood, fossils, magmarock, cacti and vines as fuel.
    - Reenabled coal as fuel.
    - Downsized coal fuel to one unit.

    Liquids
    - Added water, lava, and oil as fuel.
