Outdated NPC Control v1.3

Customize clothing/weapon for the NPC, ask them to follow you...etc.

    This update included
    • Removed the custom mod files inside the npc folder those I accidentally included in the last patch.
    • Fix a bug that the NPCs may wrongly recognize the weapon type (melee or range) if you gave them a new one, which will cause the NPC to use a wrong strategy to attack their enemy.
    • Sightly performance tuning
