Outdated Mining Tools + 0.3

Pickaxes and Drills get new versions that can mine 4 blocks at once instead of 3.

  1. drills not appearing fix & modpack

    -recipes are now Tier 1, this means that you can also use the mod at an old save, if you couldn't find the + drills this should work now!
    -changed folder structure to support mod packing
    -mod now comes in a .modpak file

    don't forget uninstalling old versions first!
