Larger Lockers 1.0.1

Increases the capacity of ship and storage lockers to 256 and 128 respectively.

    The following changes were made for easier compatibility with future updates:
    • Removed Dye Mod compatibility, hence no more dependency.
    • Removed custom object and recipe assets and now leveraging default assets in the game via .patch files.
    • Fixed ship locker to 256 slots and storage locker to 128 slots for each race.
    • Included python script to allow the capacities of lockers to be easily changed to supported values (check the interfaces/chest folder for supported.config files).
    I may create different pre-packaged options (say, 128 slot ship locker and 64 slot storage lockers) for those who aren't too confident editing the files themselves. Please let me know if this would actually be of benefit to someone.
