Turns out I left the kineptic NPC configuration files in the first release. Since they're not used yet, and could potentially be causing problems with dungeon npc spawing, I removed them.
But wait! There's more!
I added in a light fixture thing that you can craft from the plinth. I sprited and animated it myself, so please be forgiving if it looks wonky!
