Well, first of all I'm brazilian... so sry for any mistakes. Second, I just edited the sound and music file (Wave Bank.xwb) and replaced the Title Screen Music, Town Music and all the four seasons music. As you probably know, in SV all the seasons have three songs each, and Harvest Moon just one, so now, three songs became one...
All you have to do is replace the Wave Bank.xwb in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\XACT.
CREATE A BACKUP FILE FIRST!
