Outdated Gems 1.2.0 - Enraged Koala

Adds gems to world generation. Useful to sell or to simply add color and variety to worlds.

    Updated for the new engine patch. Also fixed the colors of the placed crystals, but may only notice a change on Amethyst as the others aren't placed yet.

    Reduced the chance of cracked quartz ore on higher level planets.
