Extended Block Crafting 1.3

Adds crafting recipes to almost all disabled and unobtainable blocks

    -ADDED "Titanium Block" crafting recipe (unlocked by picking up "Titanium Block")
    -CHANGED the way of unlocking the recipe for "Outpost Wall", now it's unlocked by picking up "Outpost Wall"
    -CHANGED the way of unlocking the recipe for "Rusty Block", now it's unlocked by picking up "Rusty Metal"

    (The spreadsheet was updated too to reflect those changes)
