Outdated Estus Flasks 1.03a

One part Dark Souls conversion, one part "better bandages" mod!

    Some of my friends who playtested this mod showed that they didn't automatically get the first Estus Flask recipe. It's not a behavior that I was able to duplicate myself, but I went ahead and had the bonfire grant the Estus Flask recipe upon acquisition.

    Camp fires do the same thing for the bonfire, so if you can't make a bonfire for some reason, pick up a camp fire! (it's a requisite ingredient anyways.)
