Just want to quest with your NPCs without restrictions? With this little mod they will never ask you to join the crew.
Warning: this mod disables ability to recruit new crew members. If you want to expand your crew, delete mod, then quest@recruit NPCs as usual, and then install mod again. Or you can just install external mod like "Job Offers" with alternative recruit ways.
