Adds the ability to craft instruments in game instead of finding them. Also adds brass!

Edited the name of the mods folder to be compatible with other mods.

This time installation has slightly changed. You now install it into a folder labeled 'Mods' and add it to your game through the bootstrap.config file in your appropriate OS folder.
The Piano has also been added, as it was omitted from the last update. -
