Community Art Pack 1.36a

It's been a while, hasn't it? I don't have much of an excuse and I won't offer one - truth be told, I lost interest for a while. On the other hand, I came back with "Ideas" which turned out a hell of a lot better than I expected. Long story short, the pictures now hang on the actual wall - *behind* existing furniture. Thanks to a tip by Kawa-neechan about spaces vs. spacescan on Starbound Discord and subsequently an awesome guide about object placement by Charlatan, I rebuilt all the art objects. The upside is that they now only take one spot, either in the top right or bottom left corner of the picture, depending on which way you're facing. They should also appear behind other furniture, which means that you need just one {if correctly placed} block of space to place a picture regardless of what may be overlapping the image itself. The downsides are that the pictures are no longer flippable, and depending on how you placed them before, you may need to re-place them if they suddenly appear too low.

This is pretty experimental, so let me know if there are any bugs, but so far it's survived a basic live-fire test.
