Cheeze's Weapon Pack v2.6.0.1 Vaporizer fixes

In this update I've added and changed some things.
• I've added the Lava Gun and it's upgraded version the Liquid Nitrogen Gun. Craftable at the Megacorp anvil for 300 bolts and the Lava gun+6 Titanium bolts respectively.
• I've made it harder to hit yourself with Impervium weapons, the poisonous cloud now always moves away from you instead of random directions.
• Some other small fixes. I'll look into the Blitz Gun later, I think I know the issue.

I've added the following.
• Titanium bolts, crafted by 50 bolts and 1 Titanium ingot at the Megacorp Anvil.
• Three new gun upgrades:
- The Heavy Lancer; a two handed rapid firing Lancer upgrade, it's pretty neat. Crafted by 4 titanium bolts and a Lancer at the Megacorp Anvil.
- The Mini-Nuke; you thought the Gravity Bomb was huge, think again. The Mini Nuke is perfect for everybody that loves explosions. Crafted by 5 Titanium bolts and a Gravity bomb at the Megacorp anvil.
- The Multi-Star;...

Everybody likes futuristic laser shotguns and so do I.
I've added the Blitz Gun which a shotgun available for 350 bolts at the Megacorp anvil.
It currently has a slight bug that allows it to shoot through walls, it shouldn't matter too much because it has a low range, but I'll take a look at it later.
Beside that I've also fixed some small things I can't remember.

In this version I've made the Chopper, the third gun in Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando craftable at the Megacorp Anvil for 300 bolts.
This gun is ideal for chopping through a wave of enemies or enclosed spaces.
I've also fixed the crafting interface of the Megacorp Anvil.

Out on exploring our dear Novakid Cheeze came in contact with a strange organisation called Megacorp. They provide weapons, for bolts.
TBH, Ratchet and Clank weapons fit in too well with Starbound.

The Gravitation Bomb (A bomb launcher)

They have a very special unique attack in which they shoot out crystals.

● Three new Rubium weapons doing fire damage.
● Lowered the damage of later tier 1 naginata's slightly.
● Fixed a bug that caused the gold naginata secondary attack to do less damage than it should.
