Outdated Bulldozer 1.2 - fix

Just when planets couldn't get flat enough...

    This is for the people who cannot get the big dozer to work..

    UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS!.

    delete the old bulldozer folder FIRST.
    extract as normal.
