Outdated Bulldozer 1.2 - fix

Just when planets couldn't get flat enough...

    Not sure i REALLY need to say much more but okay :)

    It's a bulldozer and it's BIG. like really big.
    You get in it and you drive forward, don't worry you will go forward.



    HOW TO USE:
    Craft the Bulldozer tech chip at really ANY crafting thing (even just pressing C)

    only two things will cause you grief.
    1. fine sand. it clogs the engines and bogs you down.
    2. gravel. yeah same thing. causes you to not move.

    It's really good, but it can't go through plants. At all. I have to get out, break the plants by hand, and then get back in to continue. Kind of a pain.

    I'm afraid that this doesn't work any longer. The power does not work when activated, flashing my screen then disappearing. It also broke my save upon removing it.
