Makes the grappling hook work more like a non-consumable version of climbing rope, so you can climb around ledges without wasting plant fiber! also, increases reach and reel speed of the grappling hook slightly.
Warning: added physics may cause the grappling hook to lower FPS slightly at max length (depending on your system), especially if you have two!
