Codex fix for vanilla UI users
- Change to codex loading. 100% vanilla users should no longer have their codex screen broken due to missing Extended GUI/Many Tabs codex images.
  - Unfortunately though this means that vanilla users no longer have access to the Argonian codex tab. Many Tabs by v6 is now a soft requirement for the mod for those wishing to use the Argonian codex.
