Extra Wings is a mod for Starbound that adds 15 new wings to the game. Not only those wings are for cosmetic purposes, but they also have buffs and some have particle effects!

Meet The Wings

1. The Red Butterfly Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
2. The Blue Butterfly Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
3. The Dragon Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
4. The Feather Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
5. The Rainbow Feather Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage ) Effect: Rainbow sparkling
6. The Pine Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
7. The Festive Pine Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
8. The Fire Wings : Grants Flight, Glows, Provides Warmth ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage ) Effect: Flaming
9. The Leaf Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
10. The Obsidian Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
11. The Holographic Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage ) Effect: Sparkling
12. The Devil Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
13. The Red Devil Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
14. The Phoenix Wings : Grants Flight, Glows ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )
15. The Shock Wings : Grants Flight ( 8 Extra Jumps in mid air, can be used to negate fall damage )

IMPORTANT!!!
Make sure to equip them in the functional back item slot (Looks like a jetpack), or else the buffs wont work!
What you basically need to do to get the flight mechanic to work is unequip a tech in any slot. Doesn't matter what slot just make sure there is an empty tech slot. Now once you have done it make sure you have your wings equipped and then click on that empty tech slot and it should work. I can't fix this as this is something Chuclefish needs to address.

How To Obtain Them​

WARNING: Wall of text. All items can be crafted at a crafting table or Tabularasa, excluding the Rainbow ash, which can be obtained by smelting 3x rainbow wood in furnaces.

Wing templates can be crafted with 10x Iron bar.
Obsidian Shards can be crafted with 20x Obsidian.
Fire Shards can be crafted with 1x Camp fire; 15x Coal Ore; 1x Obsidian Shard.
Rainbow Ashes can be smelted at a furnace using 1x Rainbow log OR 3x Rainbow planks.
Fire Cores can be crafted at a Tabula Rasa or 3D Printer for 250 Pixels.
Shock Cores can be crafted at a Tabula Rasa or 3D Printer for 150 Pixels.
Butterfly wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 10x Leather; 1x Blue dye.
Red Butterfly wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 10x Leather; 1x Red dye.
Dragon wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 5x Leather; 1x Obsidian Shard.
Feather wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 5x Leather; 10x Feathercrown(Plant).
Feather wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 5x Leather; 10x Feathercrown(Plant); 10x Rainbow ash.
Festive wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 20x Plant block; 10x Future light; 1x Red dye; 2x Blue Dye; 1x Yellow Dye.
Fire wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 5x Leather; 1x Fire Shard.
Leaf wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 20x Plant block.
Holo wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 10x Wire.
Obsidian wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 1x Obsidian Shard.
Devil wings can now be crafter with 1x Wing template; 1x Obsidian Shard; 5x Leather.
Red Devil wings can now be crafted with 1x Wing template; 1x Obsidian Shard; 5x Leather; 1x Red Dye
Shock Wings can be crafted with 1x Wing template; 1x Shock Core.
Fire Wings can be crafted with 1x Wing template; 1x Fire Core.

How to Install a Mod​

Don't have any experience with installing Starbound mods? No worries! It's really basic and simple . Just folow these steps:

1. Locate your Steam folder directory. (Most Commonly it can be found at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam ; C:\Program Files\Steam ; C:\Program Files\Steam .
2. Once you found your Steam folder you will need to get to your starbound folder. To do that simply go to your steamapps folder --> Common folder --> Starbound folder.
3. Now that you found your Starbound game folder, go to the mods folder and extract the .zip file you downloaded from above.
4. Done!

The mod should not be conflicting with any other mods.
