I'd like to see generated quests where you need to have to try to get two colonists together and make them in love and have them get married and have a baby who can do anything. (or something like that and have them live together.).
The behavior of the Poptops is completely wrong, look at the DeviantArt. http://www.deviantart.com/art/Starbound-Monster-Contest-Poptop-292038435 First flaw: In the post, the Poptops are stealthy. They usually try to attack you when you aren't looking, possibly like Weeping Angels.
i have already said all this on http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/29th-october-top-of-the-pops.102493/
"Only alternative resembling the old mechanic that I would be happy with is a hunger bar that causes your damage to be higher or lower depending on how hungry the character is, such as if very hungry you do 50% damage for example, whilst if you fill your hunger bar you do 125% damage. With none of that annoying beeping if you're hungry." ~ A user on a forum for a Starbound server. Can you add this? It's a cool idea!
quick suggestion, rocket jumping. there's a thread going on about it currently but I really love the idea of it. since melee weapons have secondary ability, why shouldn't guns?
No, I know that there's secondary abilities on guns and stuff, I'm just talking about rocket jumping. We already have homing rockets (I assumed that was just how the gun worked, if its a secondary ability tell me) and so I thought why not add rocket jumping.
Dude, there's a gender-bending epidemic happening. Just forewarning in case you suddenly find a picture of you as a girl floating around.
I'd love to see aliens get triggered by other things other than simply getting attacked or seeing you. Like mining out their nest, or resources around them, or killing their mate/buddy, or startling them with a sudden movement. It would be cool to have to sneak by a super-powerful sleeping monster...
I have a question: Is there any possibility in the future of a Starboard release to the Mac App Store?
I find this idea quite cool, but I wouldn't think some of the core aspects of the game would be able to be processed.
Hello! I'd like to make a game. One of my only problems is that I'm struggling to find audio software which is user-friendly enough that someone like me (with zero music-making experience) could use it. I was wondering if it would be alright for me to use Starbound's instruments to create songs and put them in a game. Thanks in advance for your time!
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely be sure to look into them, but I also hope to hear back from TIY about this.
He's a busy man who doesn't use the forums very often, so I'm afraid to say you may not get a response.
(bad english sorry) I really liked the system of hunger and temperature. Did you introduce it again? make it possible to switch on\off a system of hunger, when start a new character please.
