No it didnt, when it downloads its fine but when i try to open it it says windows cannot open this folder and that its invalid.

Well I did pack the .zip archive with 7zip, because it does a MUCH better job at compression ratios than the default Windows archiver... GIve me a second and I'll pack a version made with the default Windows tool to see if that helps!
