Its a paint programm made by Touhou fans.
Basicly Touhou is a japanese game series of shoot them up with a fanbase that can be compared to homestuck or MLP.

Sounds amazing. I like FPS games.

Nah its a bullet hell game. Really difficult. Basicly half the screen gets covered in bullets that instant kill you but your hitbox is just one pixel basicly.

Bullet hell games aren't fps. XD
I don't tend to enjoy them too much. Had my fill when I was younger. :o
