That dos not sound good at all, sounds like you have something serious because thats not normal at all for anyone.
You be dead in seconds if it was cyanide, which actually can found in old nuts but they taste like sh*bep* so i highly doubt it. But if your nose suddenly started bleeding for no reason for 12 hours then that can't be anything good. its not the blood loss thats the problem but it might be a diseases or a virus. or even worse. anyway have it stopped?
It stopped now. Also depends how much cynide I consumed though it is a super fast acting poison, you actually need a fairly large dose to kill you, for a super poison that is.
