You just delete the folder for the mod. If anything pops up, then that is an issue with your computer, not the mod.

when I try to delete it says it requires administration so I click continue and it says that AJ/asnei needs permissions. But I've tried giving all permissions to all the options.

Then you don't have permission to delete it. Get someone who does.
