I saw your thread asking about clans and thought you weren't given enough information. You can make a clan thread if you want to, you should put it in the "Hangout Threads" section. It used to be the clans section, but the mods thought 'hangout threads' was a better description, since you don't have to join a clan to post on their thread. c:
