ya i just got another one and total garbage

can someone tell me what the 2nd patch did the 11kb one
because i paid attention to when i hit 16 was with the blade not the effect 3-9 was with the effect
i used the sword and at max if i hit them with the sword i delt 16 if i hit them with the effect it ranged from 3 to 9
it still would be nice to see it have better stats being that it's legendary
i hope so because this was my first legendary drop after the patches and i had to kill 5 mini bosses to get it
ya i mean is it too much to ask them to be well legendary?
firstly they heal over time so to go from no health to full health you should eat about 3 of them and yes i said eat not apply or use eat
legendaries should at least do more then the starting weapon
