Hello there. You must have found me somehow. I'm not aiming to be famous. So no need to make me feel special in any way. But I do follow a simple saying:
"Treat those how they would treat you."
So I will be nice to everyone. But if you decide to try and pick a fight with me, expect my attitude towards you to change. If you feel offended and haven't done anything wrong, you may have just read something the wrong way. Again, I never intend to be nasty to someone unless they start the fire.

    Age, Sexual Orientation and language?
17, Hetro/Asexual (Hugs > Sex) and I only speak English, Sorry.

I've been with games since I was 2 years old. Games have taught me to read (I despised those Biff, Chip and Kipper books) and has allowed my imagination, happiness and tolerance to sky-rocket. Starting from the Sega Megadrive, to where we are now. I will never let go of my gaming addiction.

For games though, I tend to enjoy almost any kind. From little, relaxing games like Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon, to even those rage inducing, adrenaline building games like Super Meat Boy and Castlevania. Even taking games that are enjoyed by casuals, but then kicking them up a notch such as the competitive battling in Pokémon.

I've played enough games to see potential in things. I can play a game for a week and give a nice, detailed review of what I've found, what I think of it and how it could improve. An example could be this review on Realm of the Mad God:
I've played RotMG for about a week now (Excluding that one time years ago I found it on an MMORPG site, played it for a couple hours and put it down) and I can definitely tell I'm hooked to it. So here's what I think about it so far.

NOTE: IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE READING FOR THE NEXT 5+ MINUTES, YOU SHOULD LEAVE NOW DUE TO TEXT WALLS.
    *Ahem*

THE REALMS: It has always confused me how the realms are made. Whether the realms are hand-crafted or are randomly generated. Either way they are really nice. You could spend ages exploring and still be nowhere near close to seeing the whole place. All the biomes tend to brighten up the place so you aren't spending a long time in a single area unless you are grinding for things. The beach, forest, desert, tundra and even the godlands all look nice in their own way. With (pretty much) each realm being named after a god it can make you relate to a realm when you enter it (Or is it just me?)

THE MONSTERS: Each one of these guys tend to have a role to put out. Whether it be a giant blob of EXP, that mob that won't stop firing at you when you're collecting loot or just that mob that picked on you just to ruin your day. With the quest mobs being added in too, it feels like you aren't just slaughtering the same thing over and over again. Of course with me venturing into the godlands now I can now pick up the traits of each mob and how to react to them other than "Oh god new mob spamming bullets get the f*ck ba-NEXUS!" When you take most mobs to the core though it seems to go down to "The harder the mob is, the more bullets it throws at once" which is kind of disappointing.

THE EVENTS: Seriously, I swear these guys are harder than Oyrx himself (The main ones at least.) All of them seem to revolve around having an army around them to prevent you from damaging them and spamming shots from afar. An example would be the Hermit God. All he seems to do is hide until you've killed all the tentacles surrounding him while being pummelled by other mobs, then he will show himself to summon more mobs then shield himself by sending out a flurry of shots and then hiding again. I know the game has limits to what it can do due to it being a 2D flat-map based game yet it could at least add some variety to the main objectives.

CO-OPERATIVE PLAY: This seems to be limited to an extent in a game like this as you don't have much time to discuss things in the midst of battle. You just have to guess what people are doing and react in a similar manner. Which in term can get people killed. When a Knight suddenly flies forward you guess that now is the time to charge. When a Rouge steps forward you guess that you should stay back as he is about to cloak to clear a path. Things like these are our only ways of quick communication with randomers. What we really need is a proper party system. Something that can allow us to mark who is the main Knight and maybe even add a voice chat system (optional, yet REALLY useful.)
Speaking about the marking thing though, I was thinking of maybe adding a little arrow of a coloured choice so for example a red arrow for the offensive types and a pink arrow on people that can heal. Yet in terms of healing we really need a way to see other people's health. When playing a priest I have no clue what HP people are on unless I've noticed them get hit alot, they say "Heal Please" or are flashing red.
So many things could be done to improve co-operation in the game. But until anything happens we need to just guess at what people are doing and hope for the best.

THE CURRENCIES: This been something to think about for me. All kinds. From Fame, to Realm gold and even item trading. Of course, fame can only be spent by you and what you can buy with it is really limited. The Dragon eggs aren't exactly the best, so people tend to avoid them. So the only thing worth the fame is the amulet of ressurection.
In my opinion the Realm Gold is a bit overpriced for what you get out of it. To say that any dyes used are lost on death and I've still yet to find a use for pets other than a fashion accessory. An example would be the new Golden Pup. Last time I saw it, it was 990 gold. It costs $100 for 16000 gold so let's do some math here:
    16000/100=160=$1
    990/160~=6.2=$6.20

So you're paying $6.20 for a little fashion accessory and that's only if you buy their largest package. If you don't then it would cost even more then that.

Now then.. Onto the economy. Everything seems to be based mainly on potions. So unless you go potion farming you're not going to be able to get the gear you want unless you can negotiate. All I can think of is why can't you have a currency that is bound the character (unless vaulted)? Then you could have a use for the junk you continue to find on the floor as well as have a more reliable source to trade with. Having it character-bound helps to add a sinkhole to the economy too so that not everybody will have masses of money.

The Classes: Please note that this will be the largest section here and it will be based on my opinion and skill level. The Trickster and Sorcerer won't be dealt with here as I haven't played them properly yet.

Archer: This class seems to be a fairly balanced class and a good start for those who enjoy long-range combat. The variety they get is nice too from fast, spray-type bows to a single shot heavy damage bow. The quivers allow more skilled players to make the most of an archer too. With each quiver having different effects (such as one slowing and another paralysing), they have a nice role for the team. Of course their disadvantages are their low wisdom levels and having to go in close to make the most of their multi-shot bows. Overall though I think this class is great.

Rouge: I don't know why but I have never seemed very fond of the Rouge class. Maybe it's because of their low defensive stats for how close they need to be or that their ability is useless when in a low-communication group. He seems to be great for soloing, yet other than that I'd avoid playing him.

Wizard: By the looks of things, he could be the highest DPS class out there. But I'm unsure. His stats are very high in the offensive areas and coupling that with a 2 shot staff and a 'nuke' ability, he could be. Yet the bow users might just fire faster. Either way though he can make a great DPS role with his range.

Priest: This guy has been my most successful out of every other class so far. His range is amazingly high and he has an excellent healing ability which is useful for both teams and soloing. His high Wisdom levels let him keep healing too if you/the team aren't getting hit constantly. His only weakness seems to be his low DPS (Without Bulwark) and low defensive stats.

Warrior: With the buffs he gives, he has a nice role to a team. Having extra speed to get around places/shots easier and extra attack speed to shred things quicker, the team will stay happy all he time. I guess his downsides would be his terrible Wisdom levels so he can't use his ability often and the fact that he has no choice but to charge into shotgun range without the extra defence a Knight has (which can be risky.)

Knight: This is the character I'm keeping in the shadows. Feeding him pots whenever I can. Or in simple terms, I'm not risking losing pot stats so I made one of these to max with the best heavy gear I can find along the way. Still, I think the Knight is a very good Front-liner. His tankiness, along with high damage and a good stun makes him invaluable in the advance to a goal. Whether it be through a dungeon or fighting an event.

Paladin: Combined with a Warrior, these guys can help lead a charge and reduce the time of things by a LOT. His ability can heal a nice amount as well as buff your damage. Which can be amazing in both event fights and general farming. If you enjoy the supportive role while standing your ground in a fight, the Paladin could be your kind of character.

Assassin: I tend to avoid this class like the plague. Sure, his poison is nice and being fast is cool, yet he has the same problems as the Rouge. He has to get in close to be of good use and his 'squishier' defences doesn't help that at all.

Necromancer: This character seems to be really good for soloing. He has the DPS he needs as well as having an ability that not only damages for AoE, yet also heals himself and his allies. With stats fairly average in what he doesn't excel in, he doesn't have any outstanding disadvantages.

Huntress: The Huntress seems to have the same stats as the Archer, yet a worse ability in my opinion. With the same disadvantages as the Archer, I'd say this character would just be out-shined.

Mystic: The Mystic is definitely unique. Being the only character capable of inflicting the Statis ailment. Having a staff helps with the DPS too. Yet it seems the only role the Mystic has is to control the fight. To select what the team fights and what can be saved for later. Yet it seems the Mystic has a serious skill problem. While good Mystics can in theory help the team a ton in fights, a bad Mystic can completely screw up a fight and just generally annoy the team. Yet here's one thing I noticed about the Mystic.
    Statis.
It seems to be a kind of bad ailment. Sure, it completely shuts down enemies, yet you can't damage them either. In my opinion you should be able to damage them to make the ailment more useful than just constructs and it prevents Mystic greifers. But here's another thing that makes Statis bad. Immunities. Most of the mobs that matter when using Statis have an immunity to it. Which because of that it just makes Mystics be shunned out into being on the borderline useless mark.

Anyways, hope you enjoyed reading this wall of text and kudos to those who read the whole thing. Feel free to reply on what you think. Maybe even give some tips to a newb. I normally hang around the EUWest1+2 servers so head to them if you're hoping to find me.

With all my love for games, you have to wonder why I took a turn in the butchery industry. Simply said, my dad owns part of a butchery business (Paul Walkers Butchers Ltd.) Our local shop is mostly family run. So I decided to help out too and took a course in butchery. Still, there is something about boning out a carcass that gives you a nice feeling that I just can't seem to find anywhere else.

As you may or may not have noticed I am indeed a Brony. Of course this means I receive a lot of hate from trolls and those who don't even know what they are talking about. But don't worry. My liking for a TV show aimed at both kids and adults won't get in the way of a good conversation. Nor will I attempt to force you to like it either.

Anyway, I think I've talked for long enough. Now, how about you?
