Playing MC on the hardcore setting is a lot like a roller-coaster. Just when you think you are safe again, you are screaming down another slope.

I was thinking of getting in the modding mood. After I saw all that Minecraft has to offer, and realizing that Mojang stopped seriously working on it since months (updates are getting less and less relevant and more and more far apart, and each comes with dozens of new bugs)...

 

I am just passing the time before our new PvP server is up. We just raided about half of the bases on our last server and now the server population has dwindled to nothing.

This is why i never play hardcore unless im dicking around with a world i dont care to much about. and if it turns into a world i do, i hack it so its not hardcore xD

 

Same here, I don't play that often so I don't like the thought of constantly losing my worlds! xD

Well the mindcrack server( a server filled with very popular minecraft players) is doing their ninth season of ultimate hard core servival( the only way you can heal is if you use a golden apple made with gold bars, or a glysaning melon) and are doing the same thing you are, the episodes have been coming out for 2 weeks.
