I hope the judge laughs them out of the court room. Imagine filling out the paper work for that lawsuit... "reason: subway samwiches are not a full foot long"

 

This reminds me of the woman who decided to sue God for getting her into a car crash.
They couldn't say the "god doesn't exist" or whatever due to the controversy that would cause.
So they actually had a court session. God didn't turn up.

I did drink a lot of milk when I was younger.
by a lot I mean probably half a gallon or more a day.
but no, my brother is 6'7". My father is 5'11" i think. No one in our family is as tall as we are.

Remember the kid who was shot at point-blank range by a cop in front of his grandmother for no reason? Remember how he went to court where they had video proof of the cop holding the Landlady at gunpoint after she attempted to stop him from further harming anyone? Remember how he got off with a $50,000 bail and had no repercussions?

Damn, complaining over a lawsuit about a hoagie sure seems important now, doesn't it?
