Bug/Issue S.A.I.L. Teleportation Issue.

If you play Starbound,you will probably have this bug/issue for yourself too.
...exept for you being lucky...i guess..
But anyways I have the same teleportation issue with S.A.I.L. like many other players.
I am currently at the floran hunting cavern main-quest.every time, I want to teleport to that mission, using S.A.I.L. ,
I get teleported back to the ship after the beam loading screen.I just simply cant get to the mission-area.
I've been reading every community post, i could possibly find about that issue and did everything from restarting the game,to re-installing it,to giving myself admin rights,to even skip the floran hunting cavern mission.
Nothing worked..I even deleted my char..
I hope to get help here because i literally couldn't help myself with any method i found.
Players seem to have this issue for around 4 years now..
Please,if anyone knows what to do please tell me.

i dont realy have a crash log becaurse starbound only freezes and doesnt crash.after a while my pc says "starbound isnt working anymore" n stuff.

Yes it was from when the issue happened. It happens all the time. I have a little bit of game play information between the lines because sail said it to me n stuff ND I went on a planet but at the very bottom there is the issue

i tried to delete the instance world "floranmission1" and then it replaced the file with the exact same one and i got this log.
