Try reading earlier posts. Ento has stated that they don't intend on updating their mods any time soon with the changes 1.3 BETA has made. It's going to be a sad, sad day when I finally come back to playing SDV and cannot use your mods @Entoarox. They really made the game a lot better for me. Just wanted to say that I really appreciate the work you've done up to this point, and I completely understand the frustration of seeing your work kinda go down the putter because of developer changes. Hopefully something changes by the time the BETA is finished, but if not, it was a pleasure being able to play the game with your mods.
I can promise you that once SDV 1.3 leaves beta I will be updating, I just cant promise any updates *during* the beta, right now ChuckleFish is making a lot of technical changes, this makes invasive mods like Entoarox Framework essentially impossible to maintain at any decent speed. Hopefully soon the beta will stay properly calm and I can start working on Entoarox Framework's update, and then all my other mods can follow

Please provide a https://log.smapi.io next time, raw logs are not always parsable. Second, there is no indidication of EF being involved here, please provide a log of this error happening with *only* EF installed.
Hey Entoarox. SDV is getting out of beta in ten days, I have to say that the thing that excites me the most isn't the changes, but rather the prospect of your mods becoming active again. I'm writing this in the spirit of someone who really likes your mods and wants you to know that, not in the spirit of impatience. Take your time, etc, just know that there is an audience for your mods.
I'll have to see how things go, it might take a while before you see anything, I'll want to make sure that it works in multiplayer after all.

Will you update any other mods like Advanced Location Loader? By the way, not to sound rude or anything, because I'm not a modder, is it easy to update a mod? I have no experience whatsoever, which is why I am wondering why this mod is taking a while to update. I am not trying to complain, I am just curious, so sorry! I understand modding takes effort, and if you released an update without care... well, you can imagine. Anyhow, keep up the good awesome work!
I have plans for updating or rewriting all relevant mods for 1.3, although some will take longer. Update difficulty is controlled by many factors, but my most popular mods do some really complex things, making them more likely to break when the game is updated, and take longer to update.

If you read the comment literally 1 above yours, Ento has already said it'll take a lot of time and work to update this mod. Please be patient.
That post of mine that you are quoting is from two years ago. Entoarox Framework and the mods supported by it worked fine then, I just didn't understand how to install it properly. Entoarox has stated several times that this mod is very work intensive and breaks very easily when SDV updates. The hope was that when 1.3 came out of beta, things would settle down and it would become practical to start maintaining this mod again. Unfortunately, one month after 1.3 came out of beta, SDV pushed the 1.3.29 update, which broke roughly half the mods out there. Worse, the changes are listed as "experimental," meaning that they will likely change soon, and re-break everything once again. Entoarox hasn't said anything about the situation, but my guess is that he is not eager to invest his time and energy on this while SDV is still constantly changing basic elements. Anyways, I miss Advanced Location Loader a lot, but I also really miss Faster Paths. I liked the mechanic of being able to invest time and resources to make small but lasting improvements to the entire town. I'll get them back someday, but until then, all we can do is give Entoarox our support and be patient.
Slamerz has done an unofficial update of EF and some mods that require it for 1.3.28 and for 1.3.29-beta.
Let it be known that I have given Slamerz full permission to do this, between the work involved, and my own situation, I currently do not have the time to work on my mods at all. Slamerz was awesome enough to handle the 1.3 update work and has been doing a good job at it so far, thus I have given him full permission to continue this work.

(If you have Stardew Valley 1.3.28 non-beta, see the mod pages for unofficial updates where available. There are some bugs in the unofficial updates that are fixed in these ones though.) Release notes: Code: All mods: - Updated for Stardew Valley 1.3. - Fixed Linux/Mac compatibility. - Removed custom update checks; replaced by standard SMAPI update alerts. - Refactored internally. Advanced Location Loader: - Fixed error loading content packs which specify a format version like 1.2.9 instead of 1.2 (e.g. Stardew Valley Expansion). Entoarox Framework: - Fixed compatibility with other mods which change player speed. These will now work so long as you don't also install a mod which changes player speed through the Entoarox Framework API. More Animals: - Moved assets into conventional `assets` subfolder and unpacked XNB files into normal PNG images. Let me know if you notice any issues! These will be released officially this weekend if nothing comes up.
