   So, I seen in your trailer (colony update) before 1.0 a NPC gave you something and he said something like "Thank you for letting me stay here' (too blurry but thats the best I can think of)
   I have an NPC in my home but he won't give me anything? Did you guys remove this or does it take time?

   Colonists will occasionally give you rent. When their colony deed has a picture of a yellow present on it, interact with it and the colonist will come over and give it to you.
