Hi, I'm having the same problem as veganvulcan, where the dresser doesn't show up & pressing C pulls up the menu but trying to change anything only changes the skintone, and I too have the most recent version of SMAPI and Stardew Valley. Here's my SMAPI log when I try to play... I hope it's okay that I'm tagging onto this issue. It does! Thank you so much! Also, thank you for all your hard work keeping this mod and others up to date.
Help me please As you can see, I run SMAPI 1.14.1 GetDressed 3.4 SD Valley 1.2.30 I doublechecked the folder and the file is defintiely there. Why does SMAPI claim it doesn't exists?
@BrumBrum It looks like you have two copies of GetDressed in your mods folder; remove one of them, and the error should go away.
Omg I made a backup and copied that into a "backup" folder inside the mods folder... First time this has ever produced an error with any program. For me at least. Thank you for pointing this out to me.
Hey guys, so I've been trying to get this mod to work for days now and for some reason it absolutely will not work. I've downloaded the most resent version of SMAPI, Stardew and the mod, but the dresser still doesn't appear. The C command doesn't work either. I've moved all the furniture out of my room, I put the mod in the mods folder, I'm opening it in StardewModdingAPI.exe, I've slept and restarted the game countless times and I've double checked that the dresser is "true" in the config file. Idk what I'm doing wrong lol. I'm not very experience with mods, so I'm sure that I'm missing something very easy. I don't have any other mods in the mods folder btw.
Hi, I'm very new to mods and dont know what im doing wrong, please help! @ah_astro The mod seems to be failing when it tries to read your save data. You'll need help from @Jinxiewinxie or @Advize for that one, I can only help with generic questions. @RimAminax Can you try loading your game again, then post your SMAPI log file?
@RimAminax You copied that from the SMAPI console. Please attach the actual log file (after you click where the dresser should be); the log file has more information than the console.
I have those files, I think I just have put them in the wrong place? I have them in here currently C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\TrainerMod
It seems to be working in game perfectly, but my SMAPI still says error, should I just ignore that since its working in game?
