He finishes off the rest off the covenant with the marines, then orders some of them to collect the covenant plasma grenades for the people staying outside of the structure and to continue rappelling up.
((Okay then. You're at the crashed ship and you're trying to hold back the Covenant while Michael and his little team get out of the ship. After that you get to get off this planet. Hope that's enough for you.)) The wandering isn't going to do much. You have noticed a fight going on between the humans and the Covenant near the crashed ship. You get a short break before they start attacking again. The marines weren't able to collect much, but the plasma grenades they did find will still do a lot of damage. Your mission is almost complete, you just have to hold the line a bit longer... "Alright then. Things aren't looking so good outside, so let's hurry. Got all the drives? I have one of them." Michael holds his drive up.
Vistar curses to himself....He looks around for any heavy weapons. He stays rather back, trying to pick off covenant with his light rifle. " Hhmph. I need something to show them to step aside..."
He begins throwing plasma grenades at the biggest targets; commanders, hunters, rocket launchers, and orders a group of marines to do the same.
"Okay. Let's go then. Michael starts heading down the hall towards the airlock that you entered through. "When we get back, drinks are on me." The Commanders are easy to take out with the grenades. It takes only one. The pair of Hunters that entered the fight aren't so easy... They've taken multiple grenades to the face and are still going. You don't see anything... maybe there's a crate somewhere that has something? A nearby explosion and a human crying out in pain draws your attention. You see a marine pinned under what looks like some kind of weapons rack. Not quite this big though.
Angry ram tries the call for forerunners one more time. Jake decides now would be a great time to leave, and voices his opinion of such.
Mie readies her energy sword, looking to the elite she had assisting her with a slight nod to signal for them to get ready for a possible fight. For a brief moment, she tries to listen to see if she can't hear anyone on the other side of the door before opening it, preparing to either charge the closest enemy or take cover behind the wall, depending on if they were waiting on them or not. Granted, if anyone was even in the next room.
You think you hear something faint, but you can't tell because of all that reactor noise. When you open the door, you spot a room full of Covenant and tackle an Elite before all the Grunts realize what's going on and fire. The rest of your squad charges in and returns fire. Looks like this battle might take a while. You lift up the rack fairly easily. It looks like it has a rocket launcher in it. There's your heavy weapon. The marine crawls out from under it, and you can tell something is broken. He rolls over on his back and finally sees you. "W-woah... Forerunner?" The call works, and some Prometheans warp into the battle. There are enough to last about a minute in the heat of battle. The survivors teleport off to repair. --- "Well then... Let's go!" Michael starts running down the hallway, dragging @HunterC1998 if he has to. Something tells you that if you try to teleport across the battlefield, you'll be blow to pieces. Promethean soldier teleportation is in a way like running very fast. You'd have to stop in the middle of the fight for just a moment, but that could be all it takes. It's a bit hard to get the grenades right behind them. You manage one, but the rest explode in front or around the Hunters. After taking a beating, one of the hunters finally goes down, switching the other into rage mode.
He tries to distract the other hunter, and orders the marines to concentrate fire on its back. When the hunter gets closer he throws grenades at it.
VIstar has a little moral issue....save this ones life, or take the rocket launcher to help deal with the unending flood of Covenant...He tries to move the marine out so where he wont get hurt, then gets the rocket launcher. " Yes, the last one....I think you humans would hope so. "
((Really sorry for the wait. I'll try to get on as much as possible now, but that still might not even that much.)) It looks like he'll survive. There's already a medic coming to take care of him. The rocket launcher is loaded with two shots. That should be enough to take out any two groups of Covenant you choose. There's more ammo in the crate if you need it. The Hunter takes quite a beating before going down. You still have a wave of Covenant coming at you though. "We have friendly air support incoming! T-5!" "Tell them to make it one!" "Yes sir!" Since it looks like you've got this, Michael lets go. You should almost be at the airlock by now.
He moves closer to the tree line and begins firing at the Covenant from the side, attempting to distract them.
